Our Exercise Physiologists are experienced in working with clients with neurological conditions and disabilities. Services are offered at the clients home or pool or gym of choice. Exercise Physiologists work alongside our Physiotherapy team to provide a coordinated team approach.
Mandipa Mazarire
Exercise Physiologist
Mandi has over 10 years of experience working as an exercise physiologist in private practice, rehab centres, hospitals, community care, disability services, in-home setting and gym spaces.
She holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and Exercise and a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and is passionate about the whole person approach. She enjoys getting to know her clients from beyond the issue at hand and using that knowledge to improve quality of life. No person is just their condition/injury/issue. Her own experience with debilitating back pain inspired her desire to help others treat/manage the day-to-day body struggles.
She has worked with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological and mental health conditions. From sprains and breaks to chronic pain, MS to dementia, pre- and post-natal strength and conditioning, high falls risk prevention, Frederich’s ataxia, TBI’s and so much more. She is passionate about people and is happy to help where she can.
When not working, Mandi is a proud creative. She can be found, baking, sketching/painting, dancing or getting her hands dirty with her strong indoor house plant collection. She loves the great outdoors and will be not far from a body of water especially waterfalls.
